TERMS OF SERVICE- All payment is upfront and through PayPal or bank transfer.- Payment CAN be split into a max of 3 parts, but the first part must be upfront.- if i do not hear back from you within 72 hours (3 days) of asking something, i will cancel the commission.- I have the right to refuse service for any reason. If i feel uncomfortable, or if i feel i cannot provide a good service to you, i will refuse service. You will receive a 50% refund, depending on the stage the commission is in.- I will request to post the commission to my art pages. But you have the right to request the commission to be kept private, or posted at a later date
