TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)- All payment is upfront and can be done through PayPal or bank transfer. Your payment CAN be split into a max of 2 parts, but the first part must be upfront.
I will not request payment until all information about the commission is solidified.- You can change the commission, a maximum of 5-7 times, depending on the commission type.- if i do not hear back from you within 72 hours (3 days) of reaching out, sending you updates, or asking you a question, i will cancel the commission. I will then refund you depending on how far the commission is. (further info down the list)- I have the right to refuse service for any reason. For example, If i feel uncomfortable taking your request, or if i feel i cannot provide a good service to you.- I will request to post the commission to social media. I will respect if you request the commission to be kept private, or posted at a later date.- If at any time, the commission comes to a halt, and cannot be completed. Whether it be, the client changing their mind, or anything on my end. You will receive a partial refund, depending on how far into the commission we are.
For example, if the commission is in the colouring stage, you will receive a 30% refund. If it is close to being finished, you will receive a 20% refund. This will allow me to cover for the time done on the job, and you can keep the unfinished commission as well.- If anything you have questions about, isn't listed on my TOS, or within my pricing list, feel free to reach out and ask me!
